REGISTRATION CLOSED ON THURSDAY MARCH 9, 2023 AT 430PM. WE HAVE OVER 250 ANIMALS REGISTERED AND ONLY A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO USE THE PARKING LOT.

K9 Enrichment Initiative will be conducting a Pet Vaccine Clinic on March 11, 2023, 9-3pm
The registration forms can be found using the links on our homepage or at the bottom of this page.
Following registration you will receive a confirmation email and then an email from vaccines@k9ei.dog with you appointment time.

Thank you to our hosts, partners, and sponsors in providing an all inclusive community event benefiting the pets of Will County.

You do NOT have to show: proof of address or proof of income.
You do HAVE to show: a big smile and a cooperative nature as we all work together.

We will provide for as many pets as we have supplies to do so and are looking for this to be one of many such events to come in 2023.

Registration closes March 9, 2023 by 5pm or when registration is full.

K9 Enrichment Initiative estará conduciendo una Clínica de Vacunas para mascotas el día 11 de Marzo del 2023 de 9-3pm.

Las formas de registro se pueden encontrar utilizando los enlaces en nuestra página de inicio o en la parte inferior de esta página.

Después que se registre recibirá 2 correos electrónicos.  El primero será de confirmación y el segundo, que vendrá de vaccines@k9ei.dog, le informará su hora de cita.

Gracias a nuestros anfitriones, socios y patrocinadores por brindar un evento comunitario inclusivo en beneficio de las mascotas del condado de Will. 

No necesita comprobante de domicilio o comprobante de ingresos.  Lo que sí tiene que demostrar es una gran sonrisa y una naturaleza cooperativa mientras todos trabajamos juntos.

Proporcionaremos a tantas mascotas como tengamos los suministros para hacerlo y esperamos que este sea uno de los muchos eventos de este tipo que se realizarán en el 2023.
