Please read all the information below and on the registration form for a full understanding of the clinic, it’s policies and procedures.

IF the clinic is FULL, you will not be able to register. PLEASE do not show up and claim you couldn’t register, or that you did, but it didn’t work, or any other excuse and want your pet vaccinated.  We will not be able to accommodate you. People who registered take priority and you can ask if you can wait and see if a spot opens for your pet.

Time to register your dogs and cats for their annual core vaccines of Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella. All animals will be microchipped if it has not been done prior.

The clinic will be hosted at The Salvation Army Community Center. The date is November 9, 2025 1pm to 5pm.

Whether you want only the FREE Distemper/Parvo or HCP1 vaccine provided by Petco Love or you need the Bordetella, Rabies or Microchip for $15.00; we are here to help. A deal, as we use the same vaccines as your veterinarian without the exam fee and higher cost of vaccines in providing the basics. (Note Rabies vaccine is not always available at the clinic, check the clinic flyer for Rabies vaccine availability)

Our volunteers are certified Veterinary Technicians who adore your pets and provide top notch care in administering the vaccines & microchips.

We will have bargain basement pricing on packages of Heartworm and Flea & Tick preventative, and canine dewormer.

We have collars, leads and ID tags for dogs in need of a new set when you pick up your pets doggie bag of swag.

We will have a limited amount of dog/cat food for those in need of a food supplement. Please do not take food unless you absolutely cannot afford to buy your pet’s food, there are those who are truly in dire need and we only have so much to share.

We will have the means to vaccinate 200 pets starting at 12:00pm and ending at 5:00pm. Working together we can have a very successful and safe clinic experience.

It is our goal to help provide low cost options to keep pets healthy and with their family’s. Please be respectful of the organization, the volunteers and our hosts.

We are in crisis mode as the overpopulation of dogs and cats has exploded in Illinois. There are more dogs then there our homes for them. Please do your part by spaying and neutering your pets. We will have flier’s with information on local low cost Spay/Neuter hospitals available at the hospitality desk.

If you are struggling in providing food for your pets, contact your local shelters, rescues and ask for assistance. As a whole the animal welfare community would rather give you a bag of food for your dog(s), cat(s) then have the pets lose their home. Surrendering your pet to a overcrowded shelter is a death sentence, no one is coming to adopt your pet and give them a new home. The system does not work that way.

Your pet is family. Your pet is a lifetime commitment, through moving, job changes, new family member’s, marriages, divorces, deaths in the family, they are depending on you.
