Our team seen 114 pets on Sunday, March 29th, at the Salvation Army Community Center in Joliet, Illinois.

The clinic offered the Free Distemper/Parvo or HCP-1 vaccine courtesy of Petco Love grant and also Bordetella, Microchip and Rabies vaccines 1 and 3 year. We sold out of Heartworm and Flea & Tick prevention which is fantastic knowing that dogs are receiving the preventative they need to remain heartworm disease free.

We handed out 600 lbs of dog and cat food to those families’ in need this past month, as well as an array of collars, harnesses and leads to dogs looking for a new improved fit. Each dog and cat left with our special Doggie Bags and Cat Packs for being the bestest patients of the day.

Shoutout to Menard’s in Plainfield, Il for supplying us with bags to create the Doggie Bags and Cat Packs. You have the best plastic shopping bags and we love loading them up with goodness.

Dr. Yvonne Wong was our volunteer vet for the day, her first clinic with us, she made fast friends with all the pets she examined and provided Rabies vaccines. Thank you Dr. Wong!

We look forward to meeting more of you and your precious family member’s as we continue our work to provide low cost preventative care to the community. If you or your company would like to donate to help us sponsor these events please reach out to Cynthia at info@k9ei.dog or call 779.875.6309
